Meet Joshua Brunn

Physiotherapist

Joshua has a strong interest in helping people move with greater confidence and comfort. He completed his physiotherapy qualification in 2023 in London, England, training at St George’s University Hospital, and also holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Sport Rehabilitation.

Why physiotherapy? Joshua was drawn to the field through a genuine desire to support people experiencing pain and guide them through recovery in a clear, practical, and encouraging way. He enjoys working closely with patients to help them return to the activities that matter most to them, whether that’s sport, work, or everyday life.

His approach to care combines hands-on physiotherapy with exercise-based rehabilitation. Joshua places a strong emphasis on building strength, improving movement, and reducing the likelihood of future injury through structured, progressive exercise programs. He has a particular interest in shoulder, knee, and neck concerns and enjoys supporting patients through active rehabilitation.

What Joshua finds most fulfilling about his role is seeing patients regain confidence in their bodies. Supporting people as they move from pain and limitation towards improved function and activity is what motivates him every day.

Outside of the clinic, Joshua leads an active lifestyle and enjoys swimming, Olympic weightlifting, and CrossFit. When he’s not training, you’ll often find him unwinding at the beach.
