As the practice’s highly skilled senior physiotherapist who has many years of experience, Joanne has worked in Perth, Melbourne and London. Her career has spanned roles within GP clinics for the UK’s National Health Service (NHS), as well as with local sporting clubs, giving her a well-rounded and holistic approach to care.
Joanne holds a Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy) from Curtin University and a Master of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy from La Trobe University. She is also certified to provide specialised Pelvic Health Service for Women, supporting their unique health needs with a high level of knowledge, skill and care. She can address issues like stress urinary incontinence, bowel incontinence, prolapse and more.

Joanne’s role at Complete Care Health involves mentoring staff, improving patient outcomes and growing the physiotherapy component of our practice. She also supports complex musculoskeletal cases presenting to massage therapists, chiropractors and referrals from our local doctors.
Her particular areas of interest include shoulder conditions, headaches, work-related injuries, supporting pre/postnatal women, and athletic injuries.
