Remedial Massage Therapist
As a remedial massage therapist, Kanex values how hands-on care can support people in feeling better both physically and mentally. She chose remedial massage because it is one of the most direct and meaningful ways to make a genuine difference in someone’s day-to-day comfort, mobility, and overall wellbeing.
Kanex completed her Diploma of Remedial Massage at SCEI Melbourne in 2017 and brings experience from community, day spa, and clinical settings. This varied background has shaped her open, holistic, and person-centred approach. She believes every body is different, so each session is tailored to the individual, taking into account their needs, lifestyle, and goals.
Her focus is not only on easing tightness and tension, but also on supporting recovery, improving movement, and helping clients feel more confident in their bodies over time.
Kanex’s style of care blends remedial techniques with mobility and flexibility work, and she enjoys supporting people who want to stay active, return to sport, or move more freely in everyday life. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Human Services, reflecting her commitment to whole-person support and ongoing professional development.

Outside the clinic, she enjoys staying active through pole fitness, hot yoga, hiking, snowboarding, camping, bouldering, fishing, water sports, and watching footy. Kanex speaks Mandarin, Malay, and Cantonese in addition to English, allowing her to support clients from a wide range of backgrounds.
