Meet Jared Tang
Physiotherapist
Jared Tang is a physiotherapist at Complete Care Health who brings a thoughtful, movement-focused approach to patient care. After graduating from Curtin University, he developed a strong interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, particularly in neck and lower back concerns. His work centres on helping people better understand their bodies and build greater awareness in their day-to-day movement.
A Practical Approach to Movement and Recovery
Jared believes physiotherapy works best when patients feel informed and involved. His approach focuses on education, clear communication, and building awareness around movement habits. Rather than focusing on limitations, he works with you to identify what’s possible and how to build from there. It’s a collaborative process, one that encourages steady progress and long-term change.
In sessions, he draws on a range of techniques tailored to each individual. These may include:
- Manual therapy
- Dry needling
- Strength and conditioning guidance
- Exercise rehabilitation and personalised programming
Focused Care for Neck and Lower Back Concerns
Neck and lower back issues are common, but no two cases are the same. Jared takes the time to assess how your body moves and responds, then builds a plan that reflects your goals, whether that’s returning to sport, staying active at work, or simply moving with greater ease around Perth.
Seeing patients make progress, big or small, is what drives Jared in his role. Those moments when someone begins working toward moving more freely or getting back to activities they enjoy are what make the work meaningful.
Life Away from the Practice
Outside the clinic, Jared enjoys playing golf and training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, where he holds a purple belt. He values downtime with friends and a good book, is currently pursuing further studies in Medicine, and is available for limited hours.
