Meet Tara Mitchell

Physiotherapist

placeholder profile imageBefore deciding on Physiotherapy, Tara worked as a remedial massage therapist for 12 years, and found that her patients would benefit further from increasing her knowledge and skills.

Physiotherapy has always been an area that interested Tara. She has had many injuries and wanted to help others manage their injuries and return to sport or their normal activities as soon as possible.

“I have always enjoyed helping and working with people from all walks of life. I enjoy sending people away feeling better than when they arrived to see me.”
